First - thanks Vicki for hostessing this wonderful blog party!
Make sure you stop in at her blog! There will be links to a whole bunch of blogs you can check out!
Welcome to my blog everyone! My name is Mary and you can read a little bit more about me over there on the left. I'm so glad you took the time to drop on by. This is my crafting blog that I started two years ago. My first blog (Just me and my cats) is no longer open. That was a different phase in my life and is now more of an on-line journal for myself. Even so I had met some wonderful people because of blogging and still keep in contact with several of them.
Right now I am into paper crafting - but I reserve the right to switch to sewing, or beading or cross stitching or...well I think you get the idea! I love sharing what I made, what others made for me and tips and tricks that might save us a buck or two. Besides this blog I also have a YouTube channel.
In two weeks school starts for me again. Including this class, I have three to complete before getting my associates degree in Accounting. I have been blessed to have already found a job six months ago in that field.
So my current task at hand is to make sure I get my craft room reorganized. It took a hit after the holidays and became a dumping ground for everything. I did take a picture when it was at the height of its disarray, but can't find it! LOL So note to self, organize all pictures on computer, flash drives and external hard drive.
There you have it! Please be so kind and drop a note in the comments section! Don't forget to click on the "Join this Site" button on the left! Help yourself to a cup of coffee as well. Happy Blogging!
Yeah, getting organised is a major move forward in increasing productivity! Good hunting!=)
ReplyDeleteHey Mary, thanks for visiting me earlier. Just repurposed a bedroom into a sewing, scrapbooking, office for myself. Like minds, huh! I'll visit again soon.
ReplyDeleteHi Mary, I'm a craft hoarder too! I'll be happy to help you grow your blog. I hope you'll visit me at MisplacedMermaid too. We're having a fun tag swap at one of my blogs that you might like to join.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with getting organized, and please visit me at my blog, too. Have a good day!
ReplyDeleteHi Mary, your craft room sounds like the room I share with my mum, she's a dabbler like you whereas I'm more of a needle worker :)
ReplyDeleteOnce a craft room is organized it's heaven. Mine just went through a full reorganization 2 weeks ago and regularly goes through minor tweaks. I craft across the board too. I just picked up paper crafting and boy is it addicting! Glad to have found you through the blog party!

Oh gosh! What lovely things you are creating! I'm a not-very-good paper crafter/card maker, but I think you will inspire me. Please visit me at www.dormouse.wibsite.com or you can visit my other blog through my Fat Dormouse link (that's food based) Lovely to meet you and see what you're making.
ReplyDeleteOOOH! I've had a lovely few minutes having a quick look around here - so much to see and explore! I'll be back later to investigate more! ;-)

Congratulations on your nomination! Everytime I finish a project, I clean my sewing room otherwise it will be out of control. Actually, it needs it after each project.
